He has litigated numerous contract and employment disputes, public and private bond and lien disputes, commercial and Uniform Commercial Code claims, bankruptcy issues, OSHA and ERISA regulations, and prevailing wage disputes. Attorney Kolberg has also arbitrated numerous cases before the American Arbitration Association Commercial Panel, argued before the Supreme Judicial Court, conducted state and federal bid protests, and appeared before state agencies, including the Department of Labor and Industries, the Division of Unemployment Assistance, and the Department of Industrial Accidents.
Attorney Kolberg earned his Juris Doctor at Washington University in St. Louis and his Bachelor of Arts at Bradley University in Peoria, Illinois with honors. He has repeatedly served as an arbitrator on the American Arbitration Association Commercial Panel.
